How to ship to the UK?
I have UK buyers looking at my store, once they go to check out it says we do not ship to there address ...... I have the UK selected as a location.
Any help would be appreciated.

The seller is using EIS shipping. The problem is the category of his items. (Toys & Hobbies)
Most all items in that category can't be shipped to the UK by EIS. It has to do with the UK's product safety laws.

·11 months agoCurious...would seller be able just pack it and mail it using the USPS post office using regular postage?
I have sent a few dolls International this way without a problem in the past.

·11 months agoThey could do that, but it would probably be seized by customs in the UK.
There has been a recent UK safety regulation change so your past performance is not a predictor of future results.
EIS is protecting itself so it can continue to protect sellers from post-sale screwups.

You have not selected a shipping option or a price of shipping of item going to UK.

·11 months agoThe problem is that although you are not blocking the UK you have not provided a specific shipping charge for the UK. With no specified shipping charge a UK buyer can't complete checkout.

Most toys can't be shipped to the UK.
The UK doesn't allow them to be imported.
