How to ship internationally with more than 5 items and avoid customs limit

Hello. I really hate dealing with international shipping on Ebay. I have an order going to Canada with 7 items. The buyer has already paid for everything. I am trying to create the shipping label but the custom label tells me there is a 5 item limit on creating this. I try to hit the delete button on some of the items next to the location drop and all it does it refresh and put it back to original 7 items. Has anyone been able to deal with this to get around this to print this shipping label on here
Thanks

·4 months agoI suggest you search the Internet, but from what I remember...
Customs agencies do not require you to itemize every single individual card in a collection unless they are drastically different commodities (like shipping a trading card and a car transmission in the same box).
So, you can state on just one line "7 Sports Trading Cards," or whatever sport they are.
By condensing those 7 items onto a single customs line (e.g., "7 Trading Cards") as outlined above, you satisfy the digital form's layout restriction while perfectly obeying eBay's rule to ship the single order in one combined box.
Again, check around the internet, it has been quite a while since I have filled out those forms.

·4 months agoTry adjusting the first row to reflect the weight and number of all of the items and then set the remaining rows to 0.
If this does not allow you to proceed you can try another label generation site to create the label and customs form without having to worry about the auto fill.
