I’m not sure – someone might have more info – but couldn’t you sell a card with the digital code printed on it? Then you just mail that item to them. There are lots of digital codes being sold with physical items – pretty common with vinyl albums.

I have no idea what Ps Csrds are, perhaps you meant Psn Cards (Playstation Cards)?
Let me tell you, if "Ps Csrds" was your way of evading bot detection so your post will not get deleted that will be your first clue but I am going to assume this was not the case.
That said, No, you generally cannot sell purely digital or electronically delivered gift cards on eBay because they violate eBay's Digitally Delivered Goods Policy and Gift Cards Policy.

That's assuming there's no tomfoolery or foppery going on.

You can sell and ship a physical card. But you can't sell codes here like it's crypto or something. That's for almost all things digital, there needs to be a trail.
