how to see lost sales on ebay
Hello
throughout the year there were profits and losses
For example, people who didn't pay got lost when promoting listings and that doesn't come back.
Also people who sold things and then want to return them.
In which section can I see the losses?
to send everything to the tax accountant

·2 years agoEBAY has "easy to read" 1-page report that shows YTD total for (gross sales/orders, refunds, EBAY fees, shipping expense). Returned items would be shown as "refunds" on this report. Not sure if "promoted listing fees" ever get refunded or where you would find that info.
Go to Payments, Reports, REPORTS (NEW) and select LAST YEAR.
