How to revert the feedback info in the posts

hi... i need to revert the option to can view the feedback left from buyers in my posts...unfortunely, a buyer received a damaged item, but he didnÂ´t want to contact me for a refund, and directly left a red feedback... and it can mess up the sales.

I'm not totally clear on what you're asking, but if it's can a seller make their feedback private, the answer is "no." Unless you're not planning to sell anything else.

See no feedback about a "damaged" item.

It would be nice if they did, buy buyers are not required to contact a seller before leaving feedback about their purchase.

As collections posted, your only option is to message with the buyer to see if something can be worked out the resolve their "less than positive" experience. If so, once that happens you could send a "revision request" for the feedback to be changed by the buyer.

Unless you can convince the buyer to change the feedback there is nothing you can do. It was his opinion on the transaction he paid for.
