How to refund total price plus additional shipping costs

Hi! Iâ€™m trying to refund a buyer the total amount paid PLUS additional shipping charges she paid. Can anyone help with this?

There is no way to refund a buyer more than they paid, through eBay. What additional shipping charges did she pay, and how did she pay them? If you feel you should refund them, you may just have to send the additional money via PayPal or similar.
