How to Re-send offer to buyer who messaged me
I had a potential buyer reach out with some questions about an item. After answering some questions we agreed on a price, and I sent an offer directly to the buyer through the message thread on the app. The buyer is now asking me to re-send the offer because he can not find the original one I sent.
Is there any way to send another offer to the same buyer? I do not have the option when I go into messages.

·1 year agoGreat information guys, I just ran into the same issue. Buyer ask me to if I can resend the offer because she missed it. I did not have the option in the email to click on anything. So it went to marketing offers, manage your offer, click on the item, edit offer, then resend. Told the buyer if doesn't work I will change the price and she can buy right away.

·2 years agoI think the offer is good for a couple of days... If they don't act on it, it times out and I'm not sure if you can resend the offer to the same person or not.
They can see the offer in their Ebay messages, though... let them know the day it was sent and they should be able to find it...

·2 years agoRevise the item with the agreed on price. Tell the potential buyer you are doing so.
You revise, They buy, Everybody is happy.
