How to pay for Return Shipping Label as a seller
I sold a set of car seat covers . The pictures in the listing were the wrong pictures , from a different vehicle. Buyer contacted me , and I told him I would pay for Return Shipping. Buyer then started the return process . However , I cannot find a way to purchase a Return label for him to send back package .

·1 year agoI've never directly purchased a label for the buyer. I believe they get a link to get/print it as a part of the return and it's billed to you.

·1 year agoOpen the return request and follow the prompts. Quick enough will be a page where you can send a prepaid return label.
