HOW TO MAKE OFFERS TO BUYERS ONE AT A TIME WITHOUT LOSING ALL THE OTHERS ON THE PAGE
On the Send Offers page, I have five items that I would like to send offers on. The problem is that I can only send one amount or one percentage on all of them and I don't want to do that. If I pull up one and make an offer, the others disappear and they don't come back!!! Does anyone know a way to retain all of them and make offers one at a time without losing the others? I called customer service and held for ages and no one could figure it out. I even asked for a supervisor who NEVER CAME!

·9 months ago@gjintexas Not sure how you're doing it from the Active Listings page, but if you're having to search on every item first, there's a faster way. From Seller Hub>Active Listings, in the middle of the screen, next to the Search bar, there's some Filter buttons, I just did all mine so the filter button has disappeared & I can't tell you exactly what it said until I have more avl to send, but it's something like 'send offers eligible' or 'send offers', just click on that & that brings up ONLY the items that are eligible for you to send offers on 1 page.
ETA - I have confirmed now that I have more eligible. It's labeled 'Send Offers - Eligible' .

OP9 months agoMy page does not show that "not automated" comment, but I was able to do it from the active listing page. I swear that some days that does not show up. But THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This new feature seems to have been designed for the desperate sellers who will offer a large discount on many items.

·9 months agoIt should not surprise you. Customer service does not use the system nor do they understand the business of selling on Ebay.
