I am having difficulty increasing my sales. My account is active every day—I create and revise listings regularly, respond to buyers on time, ship and deliver orders promptly, and maintain daily activity. My listings have high-quality images and accurate descriptions, yet my sales are not growing.
I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong. Can someone please guide me on what I should improve or focus on to help grow my business and increase sales?

Looking at the information in your description makes me think that you don't know exactly what you're doing.

How accurate can they be? You have four negatives, all saying how easy it was to verify that your jewelry is falsely advertised!
You want to increase sales? Sell your silver as silver. Four $40 sales with happy customers is infinitely better than four $100+ sales with bad experiences. If you really want to sell high-value items, buckle down and source some actual gold. Do not lie. Heck, since you clearly like jewelry so much, get some authentication done outside of eBay; that way your customers don't even have to take your word for it.
Be trustworthy. What they see should be what they get.

Lets start with selling fakes and lying that they are gold. 4 negative FB in a year = you are close to being shut down and not able to sell here anymore.
All I would have to see is 1 negative FB about items being listed as gold and not being gold to hit the back button and find an honest seller.
I dont think you have these items in your possession because I see the same items listed with the same photos from other foreign drop shippers. The other sellers also seem to be lying about the items but at least theirs are cheaper.

You're registered in India but your listings say coming from New York.
Why would I buy from you instead of a reputable seller locally or online?
