How to get eBay to remove feedback photo
One of my buyers dropped a photo on their feedback that I'd like to have removed because it's a photo of a child, presumably they attached the wrong photo of their kid. The feedback is positive so I don't believe it's even an option to request removal. How would I go about getting this removed?

·4 months agoContact eBay (try the chat and get an agent to call). The image is inappropriate and I'm sure the buyer didn't mean to attach it and probably will not want it to stay there. eBay should remove the image, but they might remove the entire FB. Looks like the buyer took a screen shot with their phone and attached it to your FB.
Ordinarily I'd say don't worry, but there's contact info in the image (which is what makes it very inappropriate to put in FB).

·4 months agoI would tend to agree, but the content of the photo is inappropriate to share in public, and likely the buyer didn't mean for that to happen. I'm sure the buyer will appreciate if it's removed.

OP4 months agoYeah this is exactly why I'd like it removed. I realize the buyer posted the wrong photo (hopefully), but I'm running a business not an instagram and I'd like to keep the community safe and professional.

·4 months agoI never thought the add a photo was a good idea. You could try and contact eBay through customer service. They could remove the photo and leave the FB. The question is will they?

Went back about three pages and see no photos of anything.

OP4 months agoA buyer can't revise their feedback without a revision request, and you can't send a revision request on a positive.

·4 months agoThanks -- had forgotten about that. So you've done all you can do? If so, quit worrying about it. You could privately message that buyer and suggest that it was not a great idea to do that.
