How to contact a potential buyer whose offer i declined
Yesterday i declined an offer and had to leave a message on offer page as i could not find the item. Today I have found item and would like to let them know. How do i do this please?

Does ebay do this to try to stop sellers from selling the item outside of ebay?

·Sep 14, 2026 at 8:25 PMI could have sworn you could see the full name of accounts that had made previous offers from your Manage All Listings page -- if you hit Review All Offers in the left column, then Received.
I could be totally wrong -- don't have any relevant listings to test it on.
