How to cancel order after buyer made an offer
I asked them to cancel their order or deny my counter offer we negotiated. They decided last minute that based on the measurements it wouldnt fit them. Now I have this item stuck in my "awaiting payments" section and theres no option to cancel their order and they are unresponsive. I dont think it should be their responsibility after they decided not to buy. How do I fix?

·2 months agoThere's a drop down menu, cancel should be on the list.
If it's awaiting payments, you should be able to cancel (if they don't pay you can cancel after 4 days, so they shouldn't be blocking this option).

OP2 months agoHmm. Its been over a month since the incident. My drop down options from the "more actions" drop down (im on my macbook laptop):
report buyer
message buyer
leave feedback
mark as payment received
relist
sell similar
print packing slip
print coupon
add note
archive

·2 months agoThat's your problem. It's been too long to cancel.
Just archive the order and it will go away.

OP2 months agoIdk maybe it would eventually fit him and he'd change his mind. In all seriousness I just didn't know the protocol and moved on with my life.

·2 months ago@find_your_shine I would have canceled as buyer requested when they asked VS trying to depend on the buyer to figure it out, life is much simpler when the seller is control. ;)
You can go to the sold item and select sell similar to relist it now.
You may wish to add the buyer to your blocked list.
