How to cancel all my orders?
Hi, can anyone tell me how I can cancel all my orders for a particular item?
I shipped an Item via UPS and it cost me nearly $40 and then my Customer said it was the wrong item.
It is simply not worth it to ship it and then find out that the Item does not fit my Customer Fridge.
How can I cancel all my orders and issue a Full Refund, without me paying any Fees?
I feel like I need to find local buyers for my product and cannot use Ebay for finding customers.
Sorry EBay, but FBM is better for my needs.
Any comments welcome.
Thanks.

Maybe these are things you should have thought out and figured out BEFORE you started selling on ebay.

·4 months agoYou will take a huge hit to your account if you cancel all those orders!, Not a good idea, But it does not seem like you will be using Ebay according to your comments ,So do what you want.

·4 months agoYou do understand that you are selling a product that only a few people are going to be needing. How many local people do you actually think will be looking for a refrigerator door panel on FMP? On eBay, you have the potential to reach millions, many who will actually be looking for this product, as evidenced by the fact that you have sold some of them.
In case you decide to continue selling on eBay, there are a few things you might want to consider. First, this is a specialized item that only certain people will be looking for so auctions are not a good way to sell them; fixed price is the best way to sell them. Auctions are only good for unique, highly sought after and collectable items. A refrigerator door panel is not going to cause a bidding frenzy. If people need a door panel for their refrigerator, they want it now, not to wait a week for an auction to end.
You also need to figure out how much it is going to cost to ship one (or two) of these panels. One of your sold listings shows a little over $6.00 to ship one panel, which there is no way and you should have known that. A couple of others show the shipping as $30-something which sounds more like it but you now say it cost $40.00 to ship; if you under -estimate, you have to pay the difference, you cannot ask the buyer to pay more so you need to try to be as accurate as you can and even add a couple of dollars if you want to, for supplies and such.
eBay has a Money Back Guarantee, which anyone who sells on eBay needs to be familiar with. In your case mentioned above, if the customer ordered a wrong part "doesn't fit", you can have them pay to have the item returned to you. There are ways you could have handled this which I won't go into here if you are not going to continue selling here.
Hopefully you will reconsider selling on eBay. If so, if you have questions or need help with anything, come back here and ask. Don't bother with eBay's Customer Service as the information you get there is not always accurate. You will get much better information and advice right here.

I think OP would be better off NOT selling on ebay, since they can't be bothered to figure out how things work, and will blame ebay for their lack of due diligence when things go south.
Sellers who refuse to take the time to learn the process are a drain on ebay's limited resources and we'd all be better off without them on the platform.

I do not disagree with you; you have valid points (except I don't see anywhere that this OP blamed eBay for anything). Sometimes I look at some of the threads posted here and think the OPs (in general) would not have come on here and asked a question if they did not want help or guidance. Perhaps if certain things are pointed out to an OP, they might see that they jumped in too quickly and really need to step back and learn a bit more about selling. I don't necessarily look at it as "refusing to take the time to learn", I look at it as some of them didn't realize there is so much to know and learn. And we all know that it is not easy to sell on eBay. There IS a lot to know and learn.

Say what? When Gamestop wanted to buy eBay, most people here said it wouldn't happen because eBay was worth too much money ... they have a ton of resources. They just decided to use their resources to fund their shareholders, not improve the site.
Getting rid of real people and replacing them with idiot AI was their decision and suggests they really don't care about helping their members 😫😫

·4 months agoI and many here would advise against it, but you’d have to cancel your orders with the reason “out of stock”. Depending on how many orders you are talking about, it can get your account into serious trouble with eBay. That is why I advise against it and just ship any pending orders and end your listing so you don’t sell any more of them on eBay. Try using USPS to see if it is cheaper.
