How to calculate shipping score before next top seller evaluation?
Hello all! Got a simple question, I am trying to figure out what my updated shipping score is going to be before my next seller evaluation on the 20th. Trying to get to top seller 🙂
It doesn't have all the transactions I have done for this past month included so just trying to figure out how much progress I've made since the last one.
I thought you'd just add all the new ones you did this month to the lasts evaluations amount of transactions and divide late vs total, but when I did that last month the number eBay gave me at the evaluation actually ended up being lower (Woo!!!) than I calculated so I think I'm missing something/did it wrong. Much appreciated, sorry if this is a dumb question but thank you very much for the help.

·3 years agoThe review and update of the numbers on the 20th of the month covers the period UP TO the end of the previous month (March 20th review covers March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023). Any sales you make in March will be counted on April 20th. Keep in mind that there are numbers falling off the back end.

·3 years agoForgot to mention, for the shipping metrics if you have 400 sales in the past 3 months then the lookback period is 3 months instead of 12.

OP3 years agoDarn thats a bummer, I had something like 80 transactions this month and was hoping they'd all show up on the 20th. Oh well live and learn, thank you!

OP3 years agoActually not sure now. My last one said it was up to February 20th so that answer doesn't make sense. I guess I will just have to wait the three days and see oh well.
