How to bulk migrate or transfer existing lisitngs / products to seller hub feature "Inventory" | Selling

I am currently trying to setup or upgrade my store and wanted to try out the "inventory" feature in seller hub.I was wondering if you guys found it beneficial to your business or not and if there was a way to transfer all current items listed to the inventory syncing the quantities and all other information automatically. As we have over 400 items and creating them all individually in the inventory tab would be very inefficient. Any help would be appreciated!
