how to bulk edit to lower prices of most expensive items
I've been trying to figure out how to lower the prices of my most expensive items but having trouble. I tried putting them in a sale but when I selected items I thought by price it didn't include a lot. Nor could I figure out how to do it by using the bulk editor. Anyone know how to do it? thanks

·4 months agoYou may already know this but if you just want to lower the prices of some items, you can go to your seller hub, click on "listings" which will bring up a list of all your items, then you can go down the list and hover over "current price". It will show a little pencil symbol, and you can change the price on that particular item right there.

OP4 months agothank you, I wasn't aware of that feature. I have about 100 I want to work on. Husband says just leave them and give people using scanners a bunch of expensive books. Most are presumably too technical and may not sell at any price. For this reason I think the used bookstore wouldn't take them either.

·4 months agoThere are a hundred ways to skin a cat. This is my preferred method.
What i do is:
1 - Within Active Listings I sort the listings by price high to low.
2 - Select the lisings i want to bulk edit and select edit selected.
3 - Select all of the listings within the bulk listing editior, and then i use "Lower By % Percentage" and then select apply. This method allows me to reduce a large swath of items by xx%.

OP4 months agothanks a lot! I went through the steps but it didn't show the discount when I went to my listings. Does it take time to process?
