How should I handle this transaction?
I sold two different items in two different listings to the same buyer at the same time. I wanted to ship them both in the same box with one purchased label to make both our lives easier, but won’t the other listing be flagged as neglected and undelivered if I do that? I don’t want to confuse the customer service side of ebay and potentially lose my money. I’m not exactly sure how this works, i’m no selling expert, and haven’t had a situation like this in the past. Am I over thinking it?

·3 years agoGo to the shipping page..........in the upper right corner click on bulk shipping...........when that page comes up, tick both transactions on the left and it will combine......then fill in the weight/dimensions, choose the shipping method you want (first class/priority)and then pay. On your sold/shipped page it will show the items combine with the one tracking #..........

·3 years agoWhen you print a shipping label you are able to combine orders, two orders - one shipping label.
There will be one tracking number. That tracking number will be assigned to both orders.
As far as what to charge the customer (partial refund or no partial refund) that is up to you.

if the buyer is OK with combining them, just pack it up, print the label, then copy and paste the tracking number from the one item to the other....
you could alternatively use the "shipping labels" bulk link to combine them also, but that is a different procedure.

·3 years agoFirst and foremost communicate with your buyer to let them know you are shipping both items in one package. Not sure what the items were or the value but make sure there is enough insurance coverage on the package to cover both items.
When you create the label for one of the items, based on the weight and size of the box for both items, simply mark the other item as shipped and load the tracking number into that item.
