HOW MUCH A SELLER GET CHARGED ON TRANSACTION FEE FOR a FIXED LISTING WITH A QUANTITY OF SAY 5???

Lets say: You got a listing with $5 each item with $5 shipping regardless of QTY bought and 5 items Someone buys all 5 at once. Is you charged a $.30 transaction fee EACH for each of the 5 totaling $1.50 or just the $.30 since it all happened at once??????????? Very rare applied to me and now when it happened, it is too far back to lookup

As I understand it is now $.40 if item > $10

If they bought all 5 at the same time, it would be 1 transaction.
