How long does it take for the Feedback Revision request to fix the negative Feedback

A customer said that they gave feedback on the wrong item and filled out the Feedback Revision but it hasn't fixed the feedback yet and it's been 4 days.

Just curious but did the buyer receive the item by the expected delivery date or was it truly late

A buyer is only allowed 30 days to revise a feedback....no matter what the situations. I been around the block with this situation. Buyer wanting to revise couldn't do it after 30 days it got posted...unless...there is always an unless...if certain words or wordage was used then a seller or eBay can delete the feedback. I don't see any problem on the last feedback that was negative.

If the buyer submitted it correctly it should have changed by now.

Assuming you have ebay messages where the buyer admitted their error and agreed to revise I would contact ebay to try for a removal.

I do not think any future buyer would have been deterred by that whacko comment but it is still good to have that totally off your record.

Given that borderline-illiterate feedback they posted to you, I would be amazed if they were able to understand the instructions on how to submit a feedback revision. Good luck.
