I got the notice on August 24th and it's now the 31st. I had gotten this notice as I was trying to payout my funds. I am not a new seller and my products that were sold within 30 days were a dollar or less with free shipping. I know this is an old question, but I haven't seen an answer with how long it takes, just answers to why it is happening. What is the expected time I should wait before contacting customer service?

·11 months agoIn order to receive funds all the time you should have 'sales' every month no matter what they sell for.
Sales every month will stop the 30 day funds on hold.
And selling something inexpensive I get it unlike the others here.
New sellers should never sell expensive items at the beginning.
You are smart and doing the right thing.
You apparently have a business plan.
You are learning 'how to sell' without getting burned in the beginning process.

·11 months agoSelling items for $1 with free shipping you won't make any money. EBAY charges selling fees on (purchase price + shipping + sales tax) plus 30 cent handling charge.
You are being treated as a new or infrequent seller since you sold 1 item in June and 2 items in August so your payouts will be on hold for 30 days. So to answer your question the performance review coincides with the payment hold time frame.

Cannot believe you will make any money at all with such a plan.
A rough estimate -- how much do you figure you've made so far? Considering the final value fees, can't believe your account isn't in the negative.
