How long do I have to waite to cancele a bid for some one who has not paid?

Question

Does anyone know how long you have to wait to cancel a bid from a nonpaying customer?
Do You have to cancel the ending bid to offer the item as a second chance?
How long do you have to wait to offer it as a second chance?
Does that time start from when the auction ends?

You can cancel it on the 5th day after the auction ends. The buyer will get an unpaid item strike. Each time you send an invoice the timer starts from 0 so do not send one.

I believe its 4 days...to the second of the ending auction...I usually give buyers 4 days though in case it's a weekend. Do not send any invoice to buyer...that will extend the cancellation policy by another day.

Never did second chance. I would just relist auction and it usually gets a higher price.
