How does seller deduction tool work with promoted listings ?

I assume when using promoted listings a normal refund would also refund the promoted listing fee (ie if you have it at 10%)
Question is, if a buyer returns an item and you use the deduction tool, do you also forgo the promoted fee? Or do you get refunded?
Ie if you refunded 50% would you lose the fee, or get half the fee back ?

Have you ever taken a moment to actual read the policy on Promoted Listings and associated Fees? That is really the place to start. Promoted fees are NOT always refundable to the seller.
