How do you cancel unpaid items after 30 days?
After 30 days from the time of purchase the cancel button on an order disappears, I have 6 of these since I had no idea once 30 days is up the cancel button dissappears, nowhere online does it say what to do at this point, start an unpaid item claim I'm guessing? 6 times? Or is this option gone now aswell. Thanks for any responses.

·2 years agoYou can't. A good example of not assuming and make sure you know what the policy is. Assuming stuff usually just causes unnecessary issues. Avoidable problems.

Transactions are voided after 30 days if no further action is taken. They no longer exist to be cancelled.
Prior to Managed Payments … you would have been charged eBay fees AND would forfeit those fees if you didn’t cancel within 30 days.
Now you only lose the ability to give the buyer a nonpayment strike (which is still important).

OP4 years agoIf they are voided why are they still on my waiting for payments page? Will they remain there forever

·4 years ago@turtleswares17 No, they will not remain indefinitely ... if they don't drop after the 30 day mark then 60 days may be the next mark since that is how long Members have to leave Feedback.
One thing you might try is to use the Seller Similar function on the Sold item (this creates a whole new listing) and list the new duplicate one. Then go back to your sold file and DELETE the sold item. That may trigger the system to delete the other transaction references in Seller Hub ...
