On the Seller Hub, find the "Store" drop down. And within that drop down is "Subscriber Discounts". Once on that page, you can see how much the coupon is for and a button that says "See Details". On this page, it shows your coupon code and has a link directly to the ebay supplies store by clicking "Start Shopping".
Supply coupons are released on the first of each quarter. Here's a direct link but you can also look under the Store tab in Seller Hub as shown below: https://www.ebay.com/sub/subscriberdiscounts
Supply coupons vary in amount based on store level; they are available to Basic and above Store subscribers. Starter Stores do not receive a shipping supply coupon.
