How do I use available funds as the default payment method for shipping labels?

How do I make this the default method over PayPal? I know you can select this option for individual shipping labels but I want to set it and forget it.

I've had it set as "available funds" since it started and no problem........if there's no money, it defaults to the 2nd choice.........bank or ccard.

It's my understanding that once you set it on one label, it should stay like that. Some people have reported that it does occasional change on its own but it is not supposed to do that.

My workaround is to shimmy down and double-check with every label. Pretty lame, but "Measure twice, cut once..." ðŸ˜‘
