Rarely does that work out well, though sometimes it's necessary. Why don't you start your own thread on these boards and explain what you need to do or get help with, and we'll try to direct you as best as possible?
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
eBay is such a **bleep** show. Who needs customer service I mean all they do is scam you they're not going to help you **bleep** eBay.
@jimmy1000000
I think you are misusing the word "scam". If you'd like to explain the details of what you are upset about, possibly one of us here could help. But Ebay customer service doesn't "scam" people.

It's unbelievable and outrageous, but Ebay does in fact scam their own customers. I know for a fact, because I was just scammed by Ebay myself in two separate cases within the very same week, with Ebay falsely claiming in both that the two scam shipments delivered to two different zip codes than mine were, "delivered to the right address," and then keeping my money.

My comment to the other poster has absolutely nothing to do with what happened to you. The other poster did not or does not understand the meaning of the word.
Clearly you understand what it means. You are mad at Ebay for something they did not do. It was the Sellers that scammed you, not Ebay. There is a difference that isn't in your vision right now because you are understandably so upset.
Ebay didn't "falsely" claim that your items were delivered. Ebay went by the tracking on your item which the Carrier records showed the item as delivered. Ebay doesn't create or manipulate the tracking information.
You've gotten some really good advice on that other thread and my previous post on this thread can help you. It is all up to you now if you want to rectify this situation and get your money back. It is within you power to do that.
I know if it frustrating. I absolutely respect that. As I said it before it happened twice to me on this site. Oh and once for my husband on another site, which I battled that one for him and he got his money back too.
Just remember that when you are dealing with people that you are trying to get to help you gather information and such, be polite and professional, make them want to work for you. Don't show your frustration or shoot the messenger. That will like just leave you empty handed as all they might want to do is get you off the phone. Not always easy to keep a cool head when we are so upset and frustrated.
eBay customer service isn't going to scam you. They may be unhelpful, they certainly have that reputation, but they're not going to scam you. If you call a number off the internet that claims to be eBay, then you probably will get scammed, but that won't have been eBay that scammed you.
I'm not going to let them get away with it, but they do in fact scam people.
You are understandably upset. I'd be very upset if I were in your position too. That thread contains some very good advice for you and ways for you to resolve your issue and get your money back.
Ebay is not engaging in theft or fraud, the sellers you dealt with are. I know it doesn't feel that way. But that is the truth of the matter. I've personally had this happen twice. It is beyond annoying and time consuming to battle, but I did just that and I won my claims filed in Ebay.
Gather the evidence you need. Contact the carriers and get it in writing where the item was delivered. A fact that may appear minor but is usually very important is what was the weight of the package? Sellers will often send out very light weight items to these addresses so they don't pay much in shipping. But that weight can tell you sometimes that what you purchased simply could not have been what they shipped.
But get all your information pulled together. File an INR [item not received], attach the documentation you obtained to prove what the SELLER did. It is likely it will turn out fine for you.
If you don't want to do all that, then go to your payment source and file a Chargeback. This was discussed on the other thread. Doing this will get your money back. It won't satisfy your anger about this situation, but at least you will have your money back.
Then for each seller, make sure you report them. Seems like a simple thing, but it is important if you are actually trying to stop this problem.
I've tried the call-back feature in the help section several times. They say they can't reach me every time because my phone is blocking them. That is untrue. I've disabled all features that block calls on my phone. I've even called my mobile phone provider and confirmed with technical support that there is no reason eBay should have trouble calling me. I have no problem with any other company I've ever worked with.
I think they "can't" call me because they won't. The call is about a buyer canceling their bid after making payment buy saying the item didn't arrive. Well, of course it didn't, the auction just ended. I'm in Oregon and the buyer is in Texas. Riddle me this... HOW DO I SHIP TO TEXAS IN LESS THAN A DAY?!!!!
It looks like if I approve their cancellation eBay will charge me a $500+ fee! So why would they wan't to talk to me? They'd rather take my money like the thieving company they are!
Also in my post I do suggest this, I don't know if it helps: If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
I'll try the FB link. I've disabled any SPAM filters or blocking filters on my phone and with my mobile provider (T-Mobile). I confirmed with T-mobile that nothing would prevent eBay from reaching me by phone. I think it's eBay's system, and I think it's intentional. I've never had this problem with another company.

Why would Ebay select you to pick on and refuse to allow you to connect with them? What have you done that would cause Ebay to be inspired to do this? It is far more likely that you are having a technical difficulty that you can't yet identify.
Let us know if you get the help you need from Feedback or Twitter.

eBay closed their regular call centers for customer service during the pandemic. They never re-opened them to their full capability, apparently. So there is no good number to call anymore.
Except for a few untrained script readers at the overseas customer service (that are known to say anything to get the caller off the line), you may be better off discussing your concerns here. Lot of good folks volunteer their time in the forums to help fellow buyers and sellers.
Or you can go to the Help & Contact link that appears on every eBay page. You can request a call back from there and talk to a live person. Follow the prompts. You may get a knowledgable and helpful rep there.
Good luck and hope you find the assistance that you need, @consumersshop .

If what you need is hand holding the phone clerks will tell you anything to get you off the phone, because they have to meet their quota.
