@eg-6156 OMG you didn't do ANY research before you started selling on Ebay for the very basic functions??? That is really asking for trouble and potentially risking your ability to sell at all on this site. That is really NOT a good idea.
I always encourage new sellers to do their homework BEFORE starting to list on Ebay. It is a JOB and should be treated as such. For the very basics, you should be reading the User Agreement you agreed to so that you could start selling on this site. As well as policy pages on HOW TO list an item as well as the policy pages on how your money is processed. These are just the basics. Lots more to learn, but you really should do your homework BEFORE listing your first item.
If you have not done so, the first thing you need to do is set up an account with eBay, giving them your bank account number (so they can pay you when you sell something) and your social security number (for the government).
All new sellers have their funds held for about 30 days so that eBay can determine that nothing is going to go wrong. This hold time lessens as you sell more items and gain more experience. You also need to be aware of the fees eBay charges when you sell something.
You also need to know about eBay's Money Back Guarantee. You can say "no returns" on your listings but in the case of a "Not as Described" claim, eBay's policies overrides the seller's policy. (No returns does not mean no refunds.)
on Lap top go to right top of screen hit the My Ebay tab. You should see Seller Hub just under you should have an option "Orders" click on orders it should have your sold item list. click 'Buy Label" you should fill in options if they are not already filled in. You may have other options when you scroll down if you want to get a QR code for post office. If you are on you smart phone you will have different display depending on iPhone or Android USPS are usually helpful with sellers Best time to visit post office is on Tuesdays after 10am.
