How do I send an offer to someone who bid and I accidentally declined it?
Someone offered me a bid on an item I’m selling and I accidentally declined it and I don’t know how to offer them a deal again. What did I do

·7 months agoIf you can see their username on the offer, click it and link for the contact option on their profile, and just send them a message. If the username is disguised and the full name isn’t shown, then it was actually an offer you sent as a seller (those are sent blindly), and they declined it.
You can’t just sent an offer directly to them, though. eBay knows that would open up possibilities they don’t want to permit.
