How do I send an invoice to a buyer?

Hello,

I buyer bought 2 items and wants me to send an invoice to her with combined shipping. I don’t know how to send her an invoice, I thought Ebay does that automatically. I never had this happen, I’m more of a buyer than a seller. Thanks for any advice.

In auctions...sending an invoice will extend the buyer who has to pay for item every time you send one.

I would tell buyer to pay both items separately and then I will refund any extra shipping charge their might be or go into one of the items not yet paid and you can do 'combined shipping discount' in one item sold which I do all the time.

And make sure the same tracking number is added to each item also and not just the package so buyer can't claim only one item was sent.
