how do I send a message to customer who I only have ebay name to?
I had an offer from a guy about an offer. I declined then found the book but all I can get is his ebay name. How can I send him a new message? I can't find him in Messages. thanks

www.ebay.com/str/ebayname
Then click on "contact".

·4 months agoThat will only work if the user has an eBay store.
Another avenue would be to go to your own feedback page – or anyone else’s – and replace the username with that of your buyer. You’ll see his feedback and in the upper right that usual contact member link.

·4 months agoIf he isn't a customer yet, then you will have to go back to the "Respond to Offer" message you received. Once you open that, then click on "completed", where you will find their name. 🙂

OP4 months agoIt worked thank goodness. It was a pair of French books which I had in my store. I purged my lots in the store and obviously failed to remove this listing. I found the books still in a box headed for the library. I hope he is still interested. I don't think anyone else has the books.
