how do I remove unpaid/cancelled items from my feedback page?
There are several items showing on my feedback page that were never paid for. The transactions have been cancelled and unpaid buyer info has been sent to Ebay. Why are these items still listed on my feedback page? I'm not going to leave feedback for these buyers - since I can't leave negative feedback, which I'd like to. How can I make these items go away? I don't want them on that page. It's confusing. Thanks

·2 years agoWould deleting or archiving them from your sold items remove them from the feedback list? I usually delete cancelled listings from my solds after relisting.

This is another issue with the Feedback flow and those items will remain on your Feedback page for 90 days, I know, I've timed it and still have an Unpaid item sitting there staring me in the face that I can't wait to drop off.
I brought this whole issue up with eBay a while ago and learned that Feedback is actually handled by two different departments within the organization but that aside they will not program the FB flow to drop Unpaid item cancelled transactions even though those transactions are completed AND in the case of Sellers a Buyer's Feedback would be blocked.
I sell auction style a lot so my items that go unpaid typically sell in the future AND I provided a screen shot of the FB list awaiting FB with two identical listings, one was the UPI and the other completed sale ... any Buyer who does not pay does not deserve Positive Feedback and a mistake could be made with the current programming where that could happen.
In any event, sorry to ramble but you are spot on, they should not be there but eBay has elected not to change programming so that they drop off once the UPI cancellation has been processed.
If you canceled those transactions for non payment you would've received feedback from thos buyers.
No one but you knows which of your sales weren't paid, so why sweat it?

OP2 years agoB/c I get confused when those items sell to someone else - and don't want to leave positive feedback for someone who hasn't paid.
Set up your automatic feedback to leave feedback for buyers when they pay this way you won't get confused. Because you won't need to refer to your feedback page to leave feedback.
Leaving stored or automatic feedback for buyers.
You can find Automated feedback in the Overview of your seller hub in the box marked Selling Tools.
