How do I raise a request to get feedback left by a buyer removed?
Feedback was left by mistake the buyer has requested ebay remove it and they told her to tell the seller to speak to ebay to get it removed. However cannot find a way to communicate with ebay to do this. Any information would be helpful

·3 years agoAre we talking about the negative that you left for a seller? If so, the seller could send you a feedback revision request.

·3 years agoUnless you have another ID, the ONLY negative FB seen on your feedback profile is one that was left by YOU for a seller. If you now want to change that, you, the buyer, need to ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request which you will need to complete in a timely fashion.

Send them a feedback revision request but before you do make sure they are responsive and are still willing to do so
