how do I filter my listings to find any offering free shipping
somehow just sold an item with free shipping that I never offer
somehow that selection was toggled on
how do I filter my listings to find out if this happened to any more of my active listings

If the other account isn't a store -
Open any one of your listing - click on the 'seller's other items' link
On the 'items for sale' page click on 'free shipping'
Use that list to set up a 'bulk edit active items' page/form from the manage active listings page.
If it's a store, go to the page a shopper would see, it has a free shipping drop down.
That's how we would do it.

You have several items with free shipping btw.
If you are using the seller hub, you can review your shipping policy settings here:
https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage?profileType=SHIPPING&sortType=-listingCount&_pgn=1&limit=25
This should list all your current shipping policies. Each one is listed with how many listings are using it. You can check each for a setting that looks like this:
Uncheck the box for free shipping on any policy affected. Then save at the bottom to apply the changes, it will apply to all the listings its attached to.

OP1 year agoYeah, this isn't the ID that I am talking about. I know my DVDs on this one are free.
I have no shipping policies at that link. actually, no policies at all.
if I set one up, with it override any that were set up within the listings when created?

·1 year agoI think you would have to use the bulk listing edit tool to update the listings with whatever shipping policy you set. To use that, from the main listing page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
check off any listing with the incorrect shipping on them. Then the drop down at the top edit button, choose selected. Then you can highlight all the listings in the next page and edit the shipping policy there.
If you are not using seller hub:
You will have to edit each one manually I believe.
You can also use the link that @albertabrightalberta shared, but change the user name to the account you are trying to check.
