Go to your "account settings" on the home page. There is a link for closing an account. Note the account will stay open for a number of months in order to cover any "outstanding" issues.
I believe that there is no distinction between a buying and selling account. If you close your account you won't be able to buy on that account.
I don't think the moderators of this forum will let me tell you the answer. Every time I suggest people leave the platform if they're upset, I'm given a wrist slap. So I don't think actually giving instructions for doing so is permitted here. All I can suggest to you is to maybe ask Google or ChatGPT.
