How do I correct a coupon message?

I have an active coupon set up. I periodically go into "paid and shipped" orders and send previous buyers an incentive coupon to revisit my store. I just noticed I have a punctuation typo and cannot get back in to correct it. Any guidance?

Make a new coupon.

Don't delete the old coupon though in case someone decides to use it.

I noticed with some recent communications through ebay all the ' were removed. So for example it's became it s and when an I was near the message edge it became i .
