how do I block someone from bidding on my items

Question

They won bid and did not pay. No response for 5 days, then said they had to use the money for something else. That I could relist the item. buy has done this before.

Of course, make sure to cancel the sale for non-payment. A couple of UI strikes keep deadbeats away from many sellers.

1. Did you or did you not cancel, citing "buyer did not pay" as your reason?

2. How do you know that this buyer "has done this before"? If this buyer has feedback from a seller stating this, please be aware that the buyer could/should contact eBay and request that that particular feedback be removed, in which case that seller gets a "defect".
