How do I add the combined shipping if more than one item is sold to the same person?
I am not finding the place to combine shipping if someone purchases more than one of my listings.
can someone give me step by step instructions on this?
I tried to find it through the ebay options and am not finding it.

·3 weeks agoCombined shipping can be done from the shipping page.
From the seller hub, go to “Orders to ship”.
Check the orders you want to combine.
MUST BE THE SAME USERNAME.
Click on “Shipping” then “Get shipping label”.
Again, check the boxes for the orders you want to combine.
Then check “Combine”.
The rest is self explainitory.
This will print out ONE LABEL and automatically assign ONE TRACKING NUMBER to the orders that you combined.

If the buyer already paid, you can combine when you print Shipping labels.
I usually refund the Buyer after, when I know the total of actual shipping charged.f
However, @eoma689485 provided the best way. If you can setup and offer combined shipping for your listings, before sale is made, it will automate it and buyers will see, which might encourage extra purchases.

OP3 weeks agoI am not finding the offer combined shipping - the instruction link you said it is under preferences, but still not finding it. :(
