How can I add "Seller Notes" to my used doll's condition.There's not drop down,under the word "used"
Hi,
Just trying to list a vintage doll. She is "used" (not new).
So I went to Item Specifics, checked off the word "used" but there is nothing under that word "used" allowing me to add a brief 'condition note'.
What's the trick?

·3 years agoI'm seeing the "Condition Description" box morphed into "seller notes". If you look at this listing:

You see the item condition described at the top, just under the title.........but the also shown under Seller notes in Item specifics, just above the description........
in other words, I did not fill out any IS called Seller Notes, but only filled out Condition Description.

OP3 years agoYes, that's what I was talking about, dhbookds.
In your example, notice that under the word "used" , there is an italic sentence ....just a short note.
Anyhow,that's what I'm trying to add to my used doll.

·3 years agoI think you are confusing "seller notes" with "condition description".
Seller note:
Seller notes can only be seen by the seller.
My ebay > Selling
This takes you to the seller hub.
Click on "active listings".
Each listing will have a drop down menu where you can "add/edit" a seller note.
Condition description.
Go to the listing and click on "revise listing".
On the listing page go to the section where it says "condition".
(This is just after item specifics.)
Click on "condition".
If you click on any condition other than "new" it should open up a window for you to type in your own words to help describe the item.

Can you not use the 'item description' area to clarify and describe any attributes that make the item NOT mint?
I do notice that many sellers are now using that description area to just state the title over again instead, however, it seems like a great place to state the size, material, and any specific condition issues that make the item "not new".
