HOLDING ON TO MY CHEERISHED MEMERSHIP
I would like to address this as An Alternative Resolution Dispute and start off by making a fee valid points of how the relationship with eBay Inc and The Member is defined
Being a merchant involves actively engaging in the buying and selling of goods or services, typically for profit
Engaged means having a formally agreement
So if the items sells I have to pay a fee for eBay's engaging in this business of mines as a merchant, which makes eBay a merchant and lets not forget an entity, and a good candidate for the Public Inquiry Unit and lets not forget the simply put Complaint Against a Business
So, as of 11 months now, I am currently on the fifth member account with eBay due to suspension's. Just to let you know is all it takes to be a member is a new email address. I have been of violating silly rules, that only the opinionative. and stuck up would rule against of an unpopular soul like me. So, that is how I feel unless there was something bigger, i was not informed on, that the vigilantes accuse me of knowing what I did, but I promise you I am niave to my crime and not only am I naive, the nerve of people to leave my out of what a lot of what I did wrong, if I did in fact do something wrong. So ebay, likes to send me a email stating what it could be and in that email/letter is has one on many things I could, be suspended for, and with the some of the things I am suspended for, I can only guess what it might be. Yet with my guess of what it might be for what I am suspended for, I am still left out of the story of conviction, leaving still naive to the rules, because I am left out of a lot of things that is going on behind the scenes, lets be reminded that I believe and maybe eBay disagrees with is the due process of the 6th Amendment of The United States, which states, who your accusers are, which is not as important, as the very important, what I am being accused of. Once again those letter/messages from eBay where very uninformative of what exactly I have done and I believe that if eBay is going to let suspended people sign up for another account, that eBay should let this suspended person exactly what they have done, which suggest this suspended person might not have done anything it is just a gamed of picking on the unpopular, for popularity gains.
So as I am on my 5th eBay Membership I like to talk about more unfairness going by people who let me sign up for the community but treat me like an outsider. As I currently write, I have listed as of 18 hours ago a few items I found of my ownership, lying around, that I thought it would be fun to put on eBay. Yes my life is so boring and I feel if I want a future I am going to have to act. and get something going. So as it is hour 18 since the three items have been posted on eBay and in my items selling folder, they are suspiciously not showing up in the search box.
Now as a buyer, I am do get to but items, yet it seems the sellers are in no hurry, to send away the items, i purchased. I mean, I would not buying thing if I did not need things. So why would a seller not want to send the item I purchased, for one to three days and sometimes never, I find it discriminatory and that for some strange reason strangers just do not like me. For what reason would a stranger not like me? There has to be some unfair surveillance going on where someone more important then little ole me, would influence people in to not walking the high morale ground and be more fair to a human, This is a violation of human rights and all I have left is my dignity.
Now I remember back at the beginning of the century, where every transaction, purchase, and sell went very well, and I would like to ask what happen to the good ole days, where interactions with one and anther were very friendly-like and there were not sore statements
left.
Also as far a speed with the transactions bought and sold, Amazon, is leaving eBay in the dust, I mean the option of a member to not have for three days or even more to send out the item is demeaning to the integrity of any establishment and there should be rules to make some seller get off their lazy behinds and get to the Post Office.
Now personally I have tried making my own web site from scratch and tried Amazon Associates Affiliates and Google AdWords, and there seem to be dishonesty in that. Either Amazon Associates did not credit me from the sells Google AdWords said I made or Google AdWords lied about the sales I made. So, wouldn't be nice to a forum were I could put up anything I want, to sell, for a small fee, How about eBay?

·10 months agoInteresting title to your post. If you really "cherished" your membership on eBay, wouldn't you have been more careful to follow the rules of that membership, or, in your case, those multiple memberships?

·10 months agoOK, whatever @jaimse-dean - but what are we supposed to do about it? People come here claiming they're trying 'to make eBay a better place' because they don't like the way it is, some agree, some disagree, but nobody can really DO anything about it, and they get all mad at us for it. We're not the C-suite. Some dude came on here claiming he had them on speed dial but preferred to yell at us. It's pretty futile.
So now you're mad. Do you want everyone to say "Yep, you're right on all counts"? You'll NEVER get that on any chat board anywhere.

You’ve had 4 other accounts suspended before? And you continue to create new accounts to circumvent the suspensions? Guess what you’re on your way to being permanently banned from eBay for violating policy.
eBay does not allow members to create new accounts to avoid restrictions or suspensions.
Congratulations, you just announced in a public forum that you’re violating policy. Well done!

You need to accept that you ARE an outsider. You've been kicked off of the eBay platform but keep sneaking back in only to get kicked off again, and again, and again.
5th account and you still don't give up? You're tenacious I'll give you that but some battles you just can't win.
For yur own sake accept that and move on with your life.............................

You really need to read the user agreement (to which you agreed). If an account is suspended or restricted, you aren't allowed to use a new/different account to circumvent restrictions or suspensions.
Having done this 5 times (already), you are on very thin ice.

You admitted to violating rules. It doesn't matter whether you believe they're silly or valid.

If you were a seller had listings removed, you would have received a message with the takedown notice telling you why they were removed.
If your "crime" was as a buyer that caused the suspension, you also would have a message telling you what you did.

No one, especially ebay is forcing you to stay here. Having burned your bridges on your other 4 IDs, clearly ebay isn't for you so maybe go to that site that leaves ebay in the dust.

Amazon has its own massive logistics network. eBay does not.
Not knowing the difference between Amazon and eBay pretty much told me all I need to know about the rest of the post, even though I waded through it.

eBay does send out emails as to why the accounts were closed.
Would be interesting to see the first email eBay sent you as you why...easy to download and paste here.
And as those who posted here to your story ...these are sellers and buyers who are rather experienced to selling and buying.

eBay is already a satisfactory place for me, for both my posting ID and my selling ID.
Neither of my eBay IDs have been suspended.
My selling ID has received one (1) Selling Defect, from which I learned my lesson:
don't misplace the things I have listed for sale.
Both of my eBay IDs "take the side" of learning eBay's rules and policies and not violating them.

eBay does not suspend accounts unfairly whether YOU believe it’s fair or not.
Everyone who has been suspended comes in here claiming they were suspended unfairly. Most, if not all are no longer members.
eBay is trying to make this a better place to buy and sell by weeding out the riff raff.
Their policies apply to EVERYONE!
You might want to familiarize yourself with the User Agreement you signed when creating your multiple accounts.

·10 months agoWhen you come on these forums and post that you've broken 'silly rules', you're not going to get much sympathy. The rules are for everyone, you chose to ignore them and do as you please. The fact that you're on your 5th new account in 11 months speaks volumes to this situation. Ebay doesn't have much of a sense of humor for your type of behavior. I'm surprised you haven't been booted off permanently. You need to re-read posts #9 and #13. It's all laid out perfectly by @albertabrightalberta and @ebooksdiva .

·10 months agoWill just address one of your complaints: Perhaps you're unaware of eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
If/when you do not receive your purchase by its last estimated delivery date as seen in the listing, you have 30 days to open an item not received case. Are you doing that when a seller "never" ships your purchase?
ETA: You appear to think eBay is picking on you. They're not. They just expect you to follow all their "silly rules" which you agreed to do when you signed up to sell.
And, it's doubtful that you'll need to worry about it further. You've publicly admitted to opening five accounts after having been suspended. That's one of those rules you've violated.

Oh My Goodness.
Let us all be reminded of the first four words of the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America:
"In all criminal prosecutions, . . . ."
Being a member of eBay and/or engaging with eBay is not a criminal prosecution.

·10 months agoI'm not qualified to address much in your wide array of complaints, but I do know one possible violation you may be guilty of is opening up 5 more accounts after being suspended.
