High value claims department hours
I have a buyer who opened an INR case. The item was $2300. I have signature confirmation as well as USPS geo location of delivery which disagrees with what he is claiming. Apparently you have to wait 3 business days before eBay will step in. I have already spoke with the high value claims department and they told me the have put in detailed notes on the case and to call back Friday to have the case closed.
I’m a little paranoid the buyer is going to try and call before me and try to get them to close in his favor. Should I be worried about this with the documentation I’ve provided thus far and what are the hours for high value claims so I can call as soon as they are open?

OP5 years agoThat was a different item which i used local pickup. I was happy to see eBay has a good system for handling that.
The item in question actually sold for $2250 which I rounded up because they paid shipping as well.

I was able to call them this morning and have the case closed in my favor.
