Help Needed – Selling Restriction on My Account
Hello eBay Community,
I am seeking advice regarding an issue with my seller account :ahbak-0.
My account has been indefinitely restricted from selling for over a year.
I have no buyer claims, disputes, or negative feedback, and my performance metrics are all perfect:
Negative feedback: 0
Transaction defect rate: 0.00%
Late shipment rate: 0.00%
Cases closed without seller resolution: 0.00%
Tracking Uploaded on time and validated: 94.29%
Despite this, eBay Customer Service informed me that the restriction is permanent due to “system-generated metrics,†which I believe are incorrect and unfair.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? What steps can I take to appeal this restriction or get eBay to review my account properly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

·11 months agoYes, a lot of International sellers experience this and it always ends up the same way.
Best you can do is find another place to sell your items.

Unfortunately Ebay has permanently ban you so there is nothing you can do. You have already tried to appeal it.

We get complaints about this type of issue all the time and they are told the exact same thing. Even if you feel it is unfair you have been ban your appeal was denied. You can try to call in and talk to someone else or through social media but I doubt that may change the outcome. You will need to find another platform to sell on. Ebay has metrics and they want sellers to keep up with Ebay's standards. Just so you know customer service probably wouldn't be able to do anything in this situation cause they will just say it's the system. They can't change it.

·11 months agoThose likely aren't the only metrics used. At least today they aren't. For example, opened INR cases count against you even if they are resolved.

You cannot get an account again.

Today's metrics are meaningless.
