Help - Multiple Accounts
Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I had a seller account. Then a personal but accidentally opened 2. I went to close one. Then change email becuase I have a new mangaer and it goes to the old business address. I cannot find a phone for Ebay ( I know rare huh) It said "email in use" but then would not verify a new (temporary use) email by confirmation email. Help!

·5 months agoEBAY does NOT have a phone number that you can call. You need to go to EBAY Help and then "request callback". Because EBAY customer service reps are overseas you have to state your problem clearly.
Check your cellphone settings and make sure you have turned off "block unknown callers". Otherwise, calls from EBAY cannot get through.
