Help me understand Fee credits
Had a person want to cancel an order they purchased by mistake and saw this. Do I lose money or are we back from where we started?

·5 months agoEBAY automatically refund "selling fees" but I don't think they refund "promotion ad fees".

·5 months agoPromoted Listings General fees are refunded, but not most other types.

·5 months agoYou do not lose money. The buyer was refunded the whole $11.
Basically, out of that $11, you refunded $9 and ebay refunded the $2 that they had taken as fees.
