Help me set up seller payment option (as an international seller)
Hello, I want to sell a laptop from overseas on the ebay. I am regular buyer, buy everyday from 2017. I have working paypal and also credit card. I did sell motherboard once without any issues, but it was while ago.
Now it's probably much more regulated, I am getting this picture (please see attachment)
I can't click on the link in the middle, Do you know what should I change to make this work? Or maybe there is a guide somewhere? I live in different country and I think I probably have to fill some blank space somewhere in my profile? Or something must be matching somewhere, I don't know. Help is much appreciated.

·1 year agoIf you still want to register as a Seller follow the steps on the weblink below. NAME on your EBAY profile page and bank checking account and other documentation must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied). Legal name only (no nicknames allowed).
Start selling on eBay | eBay
You should be cautious as selling electronics will attract scammers. EBAY will NOT protect you if get scammed. Also, be aware that customers can "reverse payment with credit card company" AFTER they receive your item (customer keeps both your money + your item).
Also, be aware that EBAY policies favor the customer. If you item is damaged or lost in the mail, EBAY will force you to refund (purchase price + shipping). If customer claims "not as described" EBAY will force you to refund (purchase price + shipping BOTH ways). EBAY does NOT require customer to prove their claims. EBAY always rules in favor of the customer.

·1 year ago@technique16 I think that you have to establish yourself as a seller in your home country/region before you can sell internationally. So I would start there for establishing payment (Paypal is no longer eBay's payment processor).

Listing a laptop, you could lose the laptop and any payment made.
I'd sell it local for cash.
