Help!! Ebay took money from my account without my consent

I sold an item on eBay, despite of sending by FedEx and have some kind of weird signature, and I got the money. After a while buyer file the dispute and claimed that he hasnâ€™t got it, as I thought itâ€™s finished I didnâ€™t check my messages, now Ebay vote on his favour and took money from my account. What can I do about it??

If the buyer had filed INR (item not received), you would have received a message from ebay. You should have responded with the tracking number showing delivery (and signature) and you would have won the case.

If you didn't check your messages and didn't see that you had a claim, that was your mistake and that's why you lost your money and the case. You MUST respond to messages.
