Help ! Can’t take a pic and it tell me what my item is

I am a new seller last week when I would hit hello g button it gave me the option of taking a picture it then told me exactly what my item was wrote the post and told me what I should ask. Now when I hit the sell button a tennis shoe screen comes up it asks me what it is and acts like it knows nothing. What am I doing differently

·2 months agoHello new seller...some sage advice for you...learn how to list things and not depend on AI unless and until you have more experience selling. AI can be a very useful tool in the right hands of someone with experience selling and who understands the pitfalls of AI. Depending on it for prices is not good at all. AI does not understand the ebbs and flows of the market, supply and demand. You need actual data for that, and to learn how to actually research the market on what you are selling. I looked at your listings, I have a feeling you are going to be sorely disappointed. I hope I'm wrong.

You're starting the listing a different way than before.
The AI photo listing feature isn't available in that part of the app or browser.
The feature may be temporarily unavailable or still being rolled out, so it doesn't appear every time.
Try updating the eBay app if you're using a mobile device, then start a new listing and look for an option such as "List with AI" or "Take a photo." If it still doesn't appear, try signing out and back in or reinstalling the app.
