The heart appears solid to the user who has added the listing to the user's Watch List; other users still see the outline unless they add that item to their lists as well. The number to the left of the heart in the listing itself, if shown, indicates the number of watch lists the item is currently on (should be two, now).

The heart shape shows whether or not the listing has "watchers".
I took a couple of minutes to view your listings.
I am now "watching" your listing of the Legacy of the Blues LP.
