HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MUAA CREATING LISTINGS
Hi, I'm trying to set up an employee to do my listings. We have set up a MUAA with permissions for themto create, edit, message, and publish listings for this company. The problem they keep coming across is when I'm in their seller hub to create a listing, whenever I set up the listing or even save it as a draft, the listing is saved on my account and not the company's account. It is very important to have the listing on their account as it's a business account and they've set everything up to collect funds from these items they're trying to sell. Everywhere I look online says I'm doing the right thing, I've accepted their invite, I go to my permissions, I find the account and click to go to their seller hub, I create the listing through their seller hub page, and it should be as simple as that. Am I missing some key component to make this work? Or do the listings only show up on my page, but the money will go towards the right account/company? We're hoping to get some listings up this week, and this is the only hurdle we keep coming across. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, I've been doing research for hours and so far nothing has worked to fix this issue.

·1 year agoHi @fuzzywallet . At the top of Seller Hub you should see a blue banner across the top of the page that allows you to switch between your account and your MUAA access. You need to switch before creating listings.

·1 year agoHave you tried different browsers? If your using same browswer on two accounts it can be cached improperly. Try doing a hard cache clear as well.
But still best to use different browser for different accounts.
I use inkfrog for easy staff account without staff touching my ebay account. Maybe try them.
