Hello, I sold an item and shipped it being told I was paid for said item but the funds were never made available to me how do I proceed from here?

·2 years agoIf eBay is saying it’s time to ship in your Seller Hub (never go by an email alone—always check on eBay first to verify the legitimacy of the sale), it is possible eBay is holding your funds. Is this a high dollar sale?

OP2 years agoI've sold a dozen items recently I got paid for the item I sold before this item and the item I sold after this item what do you think the problem can be?

·2 years agoI don't see the item you described in your sold listings so not sure when it was sold or if you were actually paid but it could be, depending on the price of the item or the fact that you are an infrequent seller, that eBay held, is holding, your funds.

OP2 years agoIt was the Nintendo Amiibo Charizard it said on the order details that I was paid but I never received an email from ebay saying the payout was sent to me

Can you provide a screenshot of the order detail, indicating that you were paid?
Your payment history should have indicated that you had received payment for this item.

·2 years agoAre you sure the funds from that sale wasn't used to pay the shipping for other sales?
Are you saying you shipped an item before you received payment?
Did you actually see the item as being ready to ship in your seller hub?
Or did you see a message or an email saying you were paid?
Which item was it?
